Professional Bio

Talisha is a compliance and privacy professional with 10+ years of experience across academic medical centers, ACOs, physician groups, and health plans.

She holds certifications in Compliance and Privacy, including CHC, CHPC, CCEP, CIPP/US, and CPC, and a Master of Studies in Law (MSL) from the University of Southern California focused on healthcare compliance and human resource law.

She created ClientShield to deliver expert-level support to the practices that are often overlooked – small, minority-owned, and independent clinics doing it all with limited staff and shrinking budgets. When not helping practices strengthen their programs, you can find Talisha hiking, lifting weights, or curled up with a good book and a plane ticket nearby. Talisha's family is the driving force behind everything she does. She brings that same care and commitment to every client relationship at ClientShield.
